It sounds too good to be true, but it is! Unlike sweeter milk or white chocolate, dark chocolate is made of natural cocoa and cocoa butter, and no milk, butter, or added sugar. Some dark chocolate bars have sweet ingredients mixed in, but often in amounts that remain a healthier alternative than a milk chocolate bar. For example, nuts are healthy or adding a bit of toffee sweetens things up without too much added sugar. Scientifically proven benefits of eating 1 to 2 ounces per day include:

Instructions

Instructions
