Summer CBD Recipes

It’s always fun to mix things up with seasonal ingredients. These summer CBD recipes are delicious with or without the cannabis and are a fun way to share the soothing benefits with a group.

Tropical CBD Popsicle

These popsicles aren’t for kids! A fast and easy recipe that is sweet, delicious, and healthy. For a creamier popsicle use half the fruit and 1 1/2 cup of plain or vanilla Greek yogurt. If you already have a go-to popsicle recipe you can add your CBD as you like. Just keep in mind that the CBD will distribute most evenly when shaken, blended, or whipped.


  • 10 count popsicle mold
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 2 large oranges
  • 5 to 10 servings of Holmes Organics CBD Oil


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 5 hours.
  3. When you are ready to eat, run the mold under lukewarm water to release your delicious frozen treat.
  4. Enjoy!

Pureed Strawberry & CBD Vinaigrette

Summer salads are always delicious, and they can be made even better with a homemade salad dressing. Just like the popsicles above, if you already have a go-to salad dressing you can add CBD to it.


  • 1/4 cup pureed strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, white or red but not flavored
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ cup avocado or extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 serving Holmes Organics CBD


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. You can also blend by hand with an immersion blender or use a shaker.
  2. Chill and serve.
  3. Refrigerate and use in the next 2 or 3 days.

Green Summer CBD Smoothie

This smoothie can be enjoyed year-round but it’s a refreshing summer treat. Drink for breakfast, as a workout recovery smoothie, or an afternoon snack.


  • 1 to 2 cups kale, spinach, or dark leafy greens
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 serving Holmes Organics CBD
  • Optional—add your protein of choice, such as soy powder, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, or the other half of the avocado


  1. Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a bit more milk if it is too thick.
