DIY CBD-Infused Rosewater

Rosewater is an age-old beauty secret that you can use internally and externally. I keep mine in the fridge in an atomizer bottle so that it is easy to shake and spray on. You can use any color or variation of roses to make your own. The darker the roses the darker your water. If using for aromatherapy choose a scent you love. Boost the benefits with one of the CBD-infused rosewater recipes below.

Store-Bought Rose Water

If it’s faster and easier for you, you can purchase an organic rosewater spray and add a dropper of Holmes Organics CBD Oil. Shake before each use. Be mindful of whether the rosewater you purchase is pure or if it has added ingredients, choosing only organic blends. Use as directed as many store-bought rosewaters are not designed to be ingested.
